RRC-KI downtimes in February 2013 (and, partly, January 2013)

I can't find the reason for being "offline" since 28.01 till 29.01,
but from 29.01 00:00 till 01-02-2013 00:00 we were in scheduled
downtime due to middleware upgrade,

We had another downtime, the unscheduled one, from 01.02 05:48 till 01.02 23:59,

that was due to the UMD-2 being not able to properly work for ATLAS due
to the lcg-cp bug,

so we were forced to quickly move to the EMI-2 distribution.
